Jim is also part owner of a small chain of craft beer growler stations in South Texas. He currently has his own engineering practice in San Antonio, Texas. The attraction officially opened on April 16, 2021, as part of the parks reopening.Jim Clements has been an audio nut since childhood where you could find him underfoot at his local high end store on most weekends. The Attraction was set to open on March 27, 2020, However due to COVID-19, Universal Studios Hollywood temporary throughout 2020. On April 10, 2019, Universal Studios Hollywood officially confirmed the ride's existence and title. In July 2018, construction of The Secret Life of Pets dark ride began in the Upper Lot, replacing the Globe Theater. Hollywood's version, meanwhile, was reworked to have a track, and it's story was revised. It would have been placed Universal Studios Hollywood and Florida, but development on the Florida version was postponed. Originally the attraction was to be a trackless dark ride focusing on the search for a missing pet. There was a gap of about three years in between the first two installments, so if that timetable holds up, the next outing could arrive sometime in 2022 or 2023, but this is just speculation right.

The conception of a Secret Life of Pets attraction began before completion of the first film. Max the terrier must cope with some major life changes when his owner gets married and has a baby.
